United States Shipping Rates & Times

Except as explained below, French and Sons Sports offers free or flat-rate shipping on all orders shipped within the Lower 48 states of the United States. Shipping rates for all domestic services, including expedited services, are shown in the table below.

 Carrier Updates:

The USPS, UPS, and FedEx are working diligently to deliver packages, however these carriers are unable to guarantee on-time delivery for most packages. As FishUSA continues to send out orders, please be aware that - because carriers cannot guarantee shipment - delays are likely.

 Our Fast Standard shipping method may be from the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Typical delivery time for Fast Standard shipping is up to 6 business day.

 Light or small items are usually shipped United States Postal Service First Class mail or Priority mail, and heavier items are usually shipped by UPS Ground.

 The following are exceptions to our free and flat-rate domestic ground shipping charges:

 We reserve the right to decline to ship any order for our standard flat-rate shipping charges if the package is unusually large or heavy. If we decline to ship an order for our economy or standard shipping charge, we will contact you before we proceed with your order.

    • Kayaks are excluded from FREE Fast Standard Shipping.
    • Certain products are charged an oversized shipping charge. These items are marked and the additional shipping charge will be noted.
    • Certain ice shelters can only be shipped by truck, and the shipping charge will will be quoted. These items are marked.
    • Certain products shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will be charged our actual shipping cost, rather than our standard flat-rate shipping charge. Currently the products shipped to Alaska or Hawaii which are charged actual shipping include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) ice augers; (b) downriggers; (c) ice huts / shelters; (d) waders; and (e) certain large or heavy items, or orders that must ship in multiple packages. If an order will be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii and if it contains an ice auger, downrigger, ice hut or shelter, waders or certain large or heavy items, the entire order will be charged actual shipping. Before we ship, we will quote the shipping charge and then await your approval by telephone or email.

 

Generally orders shipped to APO boxes and United States territories ship for our standard domestic shipping rates. However, if an item it too large or heavy or requires shipment in multiple packages, additional charges may apply. If additional charges do apply, before we ship your order we will email you with the additional shipping charges and request your approval of those charges.

 

Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges.

You are responsible for any return shipping fees and/or package insurance.

The following exceptions to this policy apply: (a) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new; (b) items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged; (c) laundered (washed) garments cannot be returned or exchanged; (d) CDs, DVDs and VCR movies can be returned only if they are unopened and unused and the factory-seal and shrink-wrap is unbroken (unless the item is defective or damaged); (e) electronic devices, including flashers, cameras, and fish finders, once opened, cannot be returned and if defective or damaged must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

We do not require a "return authorization," but contact us if you have any questions about a return or exchange. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return

Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package, and please keep all packing materials and parts intact. Manufacturer's Warranties

Some products offered on our site are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. A copy of a specific warranty, where one is offered by a manufacturer, will be made available for inspection before sale upon request. To obtain a copy of a manufacturer's warranty before sale, if one is available, contact us by email

All claims made under a manufacturer's warranty must be made directly to the manufacturer.
